Trevally – Golden
Golden Trevally is large stocky fish, which are usually greenish – gold or silver-grey with dusky coloured fins and tail. The Golden trevally although having a large mouth and rubbery lips does not have any teeth.
Can reach up to 120cm and up to 37 kg.
The Golden Trevally is most commonly found along the eastcoast of Australia in the coastal waters of NSW.
Trevally can be caught by lure, bait, minnows and even flies ( although not the easiest method ). Trevally respond well to most baits.
