8. Entrants grant Promoter the right to use and publish any entrant's entry, proper name, image (if supplied) and state of residence in connection with the Competition. Entrants acknowledge that Promoter will collect personal information on participants. By entering you give a worldwide irrevocable licence to reproduce publish adapt communicate and broadcast all or part of your entry in any form and media and to sublicense those rights. You also consent to your entry being edited reused stored and reproduced. Participants agree to indemnify the Promoter against any actions arising from the publication of such materials. No material, text or images submitted will be returned to participants.
